The Property

Homely Food, Extraordinary Setting

Our kitchen was set up by a Leiths-educated chef who had worked in Michelin-starred restaurants, but wanted to bring something different to a property like this — homely, warm food of different cuisines that compliments the environment here. Fresh sourdough bread baked daily, produce from our garden, and dishes that nourish after a day of Himalayan adventures.
