Children under the age of 6 stay free in any accommodation.
We require a 50% deposit to confirm the booking. This is refundable up to 2 weeks before arrival, for any reason.
From any refund, we subtract any transaction fees that were levied on what we receive by whichever payment provider. We aim to process refunds within 1-2 days of submission. For larger amounts, it may take a little longer.
We strive to check our guests in as early as possible — it's always dependent on how many guests check out and at what time. Most of our guests check out early to catch flights from Leh, or to cross passes to Nubra or Pangong.
